As you may know, our Design of everyday men report went live on April 8, 2019. It just so happens that leading up to this launch, Travis Streb of the Men at Work podcast had reached out to me to join him and talk about, well, being a man at work (who’s now on paternity leave).
I jumped at the chance to speak with Travis as his work on the Men at Work podcast is exactly the kind of dialogue we should be having more of. We connected on April 9th, the day after the report went live which gave us a great opportunity to go deeper on our findings, the research, how it came to be, and most interestingly, some of the stories we heard from men that we had interviewed.
I encourage you to give it a listen (especially men!). We were able to cover a broad range of topics that bring a bit of colour and depth to our report, plus some personal anecdotes about, of course, being a man at work.
